30-Day Return Window

At Vale Forever Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your streetwear purchase. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for most items.

Important Note:

All returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Items returned after this period cannot be accepted for refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in original, unworn condition
  • All original tags and labels must be attached
  • Items must be free from odors (perfume, smoke, etc.)
  • Original packaging and accessories must be included
  • Items must not show signs of wear, washing, or damage

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Underwear and intimate apparel
  • Swimwear
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear

How to Return Items

Follow these simple steps to return your Vale Forever Clothing items:

  • Step 2: Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Step 3: Receive return authorization and prepaid shipping label
  • Step 4: Pack items securely in original packaging
  • Step 5: Attach the prepaid label and drop off at designated carrier location

Return Shipping:

We provide prepaid return shipping labels for all eligible returns within the United States. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days

Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be issued for items that show signs of use or are missing original packaging.

Exchanges

We currently process exchanges as returns and new orders. If you need a different size or color:

  • Return the original item following our return process
  • Place a new order for the desired item
  • This ensures faster processing and availability

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Include photos of the damage or defect
  • We'll provide immediate assistance and resolution
  • Replacement items or full refunds will be processed quickly

International Returns

For international customers:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Items must be declared as "returned merchandise" to avoid customs fees
  • We recommend using trackable shipping methods
  • Refunds are processed in USD and converted by your bank
